Mission

  • With a book deal secured and slated for release mid-2018 with global publisher Wiley, finance expert Vanessa Stoykov wanted to raise her profile and launch her personal branded channels outside of her businesses in anticipation.

     

  • For a number of years, Vanessa’s mission has been to save Gen X and Y from being unable to afford retirement. Agent99’s mission was to secure relevant media and marketing opportunities to help Vanessa spread her message to everyday Australians.

  • Within the initial three months, over 60 pieces of unique earned media coverage was published in key outlets.

  • The research led to profiling across nationwide outlets including Studio 10, News.com.au, Daily Mail, Woman’s Day and Women’s Health.

  • Regular segments with Channel 9’s Today Show was secured, as well as Vanessa being paid via an editorial partnership with NewsCorp’s Body+Soul.

  • Over 5 million people were reached.

  • This investment in Vanessa’s personal brand led to her book publisher developing additional assets to provide to their book-sellers in the lead up to her book launch, which played a part in securing deals with Big W and other large-scale distributors.

  • Through integrated marketing, PR and social media efforts, Vanessa continues to solidify her position as the one expert who will ‘save Gen X from an uncomfortable retirement’.

  • The book launch was covered in top-tier media including Sydney Morning Herald, AFR, Money Magazine and Channel 9’s Today Show.

  • Within two weeks of the book launching it was #3 on the Australian best-seller book list.
