Wow, what a massive week it’s been here at Agent99. Although we’d love nothing more than to tell you about each and every one of our announcements and successes, we’d literally be here writing this blog for another entire week! So instead, if you’ve ever wondered what goes into each day here at Agent99, here’s a sneak peek:
The week kicked off with a bang, as we celebrated our Director Sharon’s birthday!
Then, one of our inspiring clients – international best-selling author, Sam Cawthorn – appeared on Channel 7 to share his incredible story about becoming a global keynote speaker and writing his latest book ‘Storyshowing’ after being pronounced dead for over three minutes following a horrific car crash 11 years ago.
The epic day concluded with the Sydney book launch of Sam’s ‘Storyshowing’ at Tank Stream Bar.
We were thrilled to wake up to the news that Agent99 has made Finalist in PRIA Golden Target Awards 2017 for Consumer Campaign of the Year for our ‘Ginger Pride Rally’ campaign! We’ll be celebrating later this month at the NSW State Finals award ceremony, where we will find out which campaigns progress to the National’s.
We also sent out media kits to a range of trade and consumer publication to celebrate William Grant & Son’s’ Drambuie—the premium whisky liqueur that is sipped, mixed and shared around the world— launching a striking new bottle. The news is already creating a buzz, with publications including The Shout, Drinks Bulletin and Drinks Trade covering the news.
We’ve recently started working with Vanessa Stoykov, one of the country’s leading finance industry thought leaders and Founder of No More Practice Education, and Founder and Chief Executive of Evolution Media Group, to leverage market research highlighting that Australians are at risk of inadequate personal retirement funds, and to launch her Channel 9 show ‘Learn from the Money Masters – The Investment Series’.
The research was released on Wednesday, and since then we’ve seen 22 pieces of coverage run on sites including News.com.au, Courier-Mail, and Daily Mail, with even more interviews scheduled for the coming week.
Another impressive client, Jonathan Rowley – Managing Director of Order-In, Australia’s leading hub for ordering food for the office online – also had an excellent thought leadership piece run on Kochie’s Business Builders!
What a happy hump day.
Next week we’re hosting an exclusive event for William Grant & Son’s’ blood orange liquor Solerno, to celebrate the launch of ‘Celebrazione dell’Arancia Rossa’. ‘Celebrazione dell’Arancia Rossa’, an immersive Sicilian experience that will be held at Sydney Italian restaurant, Capriccio Osteria, and open to the public for a month from Wednesday. For media unable to attend the launch event, we sent these beautiful kits – yum!
We also announced that Neil Scallan, the Guinness World Record holder for the most Monopoly boards owned, is coming all the way from the UK to Australia next week to collect his 2,000th edition (Sydney BridgeClimb, created and manufactured by leading games company – Winning Moves) on top of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
What better way to end the week than receiving a notification that we have grown our client, ‘Product Of The Year Awards’, social media following by over 70% since kicking off last month!
