We are thrilled to announce our fresh new look, a revamped website, and an updated tagline: “Smart Ideas with Impact”. This relaunch marks a pivotal moment in our journey as we continue to lead the charge in delivering results-driven campaigns for both consumer and corporate brands.

As the Founder and Director of Agent99, and a proud CPRA Fellow, I’ve seen firsthand how the PR industry has changed in recent years. To ensure that any agency your brand works with in 2025 is guided to proving impact, here are our top three tips:
- Ensure the agency is confident in what to measure, why, and how: Each campaign in terms of what should be tracked, and the rationale, varies vastly based on the brief and objectives. Asking questions around this before commencing work with an agency is an efficient way to ensure they understand your business needs, and understand how to measure the impact of each activity effectively.
- Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) KPIs: Having all parties aligns on the markers of impact is critical from the outset of any campaign. Both the client and agency should know what success looks like, and agree on how to track this, before you commence working together. For example, if your goal is to increase sales and drive website traffic, by how much and by when is everyone aiming to achieve this? Setting these KPIs will also make it simpler for you to monitor the progress along the way, rather than just at the end of the campaign, when it’s often too late to change directions.
- Schedule reoccurring meetings to discuss how these SMART KPIs are tracking: Especially during busy periods, meetings for the agency to report on progress can be forgotten or overlooked. Setting up recurring meetings at the beginning of the campaign means they are in the diary, and there is ample preparation time for thorough reporting and analysis to be done.
