1/Initial concept and theme planning
We work closely with your team to establish exactly how you’d like your event to look and how we can bring that to life for you. Whatever your ideas are; we can make them happen. And if you don’t have any initial thoughts, that’s ok, we’ll come up with the concept for you!Â
We’ll then go away and create theme boards and ideas for you to approve, and then we’ll get going!Â
2/Securing the right suppliers
Having done many events, we have our preferred suppliers that we often work with including AV technicians, stylists, caterers and more. Whatever it is that you need to make your event a success, we know the guys to do just that and we work closely with them to achieve it.
3/Invite media (where applicable)
New product or book launches, and awards nights are our jam, and getting media along to experience the fun and cover your event, is what we love to do. We make use of our contacts across many industries to make sure you get your brand in front of the right people, every time.
4/Event execution
It goes without saying, but on the day of the event we’ll be there, working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring it all to life and make sure it all goes to plan!
5/Extensive follow up
Whether it’s media and editorial coverage post event, or feedback from attendees, we follow up extensively to ensure the right results are achieved. And we won’t stop until this happens!Â

1/Set objectives
We kick start the project with a strategy session to determine your event’s key audiences, target media and objectives, before mapping out how to get you noticed in all the right places. This may include a stunt, social media amplification, media and influencer previews and more. We then set meaningful key performance indicators, including metrics such as ticket sales, audience reach and tone of voice to ensure your campaign meets all the requirements necessary to get it seen.
2/We get to work
With event promotion, time is of the essence. We work quickly and thoroughly to get your campaign off the ground. First up, we create media materials including all key messages, event details and more, before pulling together a targeted media list. We then get started pitching out to media, following up extensively via email and phone to get the results you need. Depending on our initial strategy, we then continue to roll out your bespoke event campaign evaluating as we go.
3/ We update you
We’ll never leave you in the dark. In fact, quite the opposite. We will keep you informed with feedback every day on our progress and details of media coverage that we have secured. What’s more, we will let you know what else we need to do and where we need to direct and refocus efforts to get the results that matter.
4/Analyse
Whilst your event may now be complete, we still have work to do! We carefully analyse the results of the campaign to determine which PR efforts have resulted in the set-out KPIs in a wrap up report for you to share with your team.
